Delivery Policy is intended primarily for UK customers and our charges for UK mainland deliveries (excluding northern Scotland, see below) are as follows:

* Orders over £50.00:    Free Delivery (normally Next Working Day on orders placed before 1pm & subject to stock).

* Orders under £50.00:    £4.60 (normally Next Working Day on orders placed before 1pm & subject to stock).

* Before 12pm Next Working Day Delivery:    £14.95 (on orders placed before 1pm & subject to stock).

* Saturday Delivery:    £34.50 (on orders placed before 1pm Friday & subject to stock).

* Collection from Warehouse:    No Delivery Charges (Please call before collection to check stock).

'Next Day' means next working day and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.  Next Day or Saturday deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the same.
If you require an upgraded Next Day Delivery (before 12pm Service or Saturday delivery service), we must receive your order before 1pm. on the day of despatch.
Standard delivery is usually a Next Working Day service, although this is not guaranteed and will depend on the volume of orders to be processed at the time of ordering.
Upon depatch of your goods, Water Garden will send a confirmation email, including a tracking number where possible.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and some areas of northern Scotland may attract an additional delivery charge (view Price Guide here), but we will always seek your approval of this before processing your order.   There may also be delays whilst we arrange suitable shipment.  Customers should note that they would be responsible for all import duties and taxes.

We aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland addresses within 5/7 working days from receipt of order, however, certain products may be on an extended delivery period. Will always advise you of this and await your acceptance before proceeding with your order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.  If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone.

On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition" or fail to comment on the consignment note  (“unexamined” / “Damaged” etc), you may be liable for any damages.

Any damages should be advised via e-mail to us within 24 hours of receipt to avoid additional charges.
