The 2 1/2” Hose Joiner is a 3-piece hose joiner for 2 1/2” (63mm) internal diameter flexible hose pipes.

The hose joiner consists of 2 x 2 1/2” BSP female threaded hosetails and a 2 1/2” BSP male nipple with a moveable threaded union and flat rubber gasket seal. When assembled and screwed up tight, this provides a robust, watertight joiner for Flexible Hose Pipes.

3-piece hose joiners with a union thread and gasket are ideal for larger sizes of hose pipe, which can be very difficult to join using a single piece hose joiners. With a 3-part union hose joiner, the hose tails can be secured into the lengths hose pipe and clamped firmly with Stainless Steel Hose Clips before the 3 parts are brought together and connected. Once the hose tails are securely fitted into the 2 lengths of hose pipe, these can simply be joined by screwing the female union into the male thread.

2 1/2” BSP Male threads measure approximately 75.1mm (2.95”) across the outer diameter.

2 1/2” BSP Female threads measure approximately 72.2mm (2.84”) across the inner diameter.
