Summer Season Water Treatment Pack

The summertime is algae season for ponds and our Summer Season Water Treatment Pack is designed to kill off and control algae from the offset.

Warm temperatures can cause abundant bio-activity, fluctuations in PH and mineral losses which can lead to plant growth within ponds therefore it is important to control the amount of nutrient and phosphates within the water to stop the development of single celled and string algae.  The OptiPond treatment helps replenish lost minerals within the pond water which in turn helps feed the beneficial bacteria within the pond to keep it clear and algae free.  In conjunction with the OptiPond treatment we would recommend using the OxyPlus treatment to increase oxygen levels within your pond water to allow the aerobic bacteria to control excess phosphates which in turn supplies algae with the nutrient it needs to thrive.

The AlGo Universal is an all-round green water treatment that stops the metabolization of algae cells by inhibiting the ability to photosynthesize.  The use of AlGo Greenaway is to treat suspended algae and turbidity within your pond by removing harmful mineral deposits and organic substances and is particularly effective treating algal bloom.
