Delivery of Goods

Delivery Charges:

www.water-garden.co.uk is intended primarily for UK customers and our charges for UK mainland deliveries are as follows: -

* Orders over £50.00:    Free Delivery (normally Next Working Day on orders placed before 1pm & subject to stock at time of ordering).

* Orders under £50.00:    £4.60 (normally Next Working Day on orders placed before 1pm & subject to stock at time of ordering).

* Before 12pm Next Day Delivery:    £14.95 (on orders placed before 1pm & subject to stock at time of ordering).

* Saturday Delivery:    £34.50 (on orders placed before 1pm Friday & subject to stock at time of ordering).

* Collection for Warehouse:    No Delivery Charges (Please call Portsmouth 02392 373735 before collection to check stock).

Notes:

Next Day means next working day and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. Next Day or Saturday deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the same.

If you require an upgraded Next Day Delivery (before 12pm Service or Saturday delivery service), we must receive your order before 1pm. on the day of despatch.

Standard delivery is usually a Next Working Day service, although this is not guaranteed and will depend on the volume of orders to be processed at the time of ordering.

Upon depatch of your goods, Water Garden will send a confirmation email, including a tracking number where possible.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, UK Islands and some areas of northern Scotland may attract an additional delivery charge (see chart below), but we will always seek your approval of this before processing your order.

Deliveries outside the UK will be subject to additional charges, which we will confirm before processing your order (see price guide below).   There may also be delays whilst we arrange suitable shipment.  Customers should note that they would be responsible for all import duties and taxes.

We aim to deliver all orders to UK mainland addresses within 5/7 working days from receipt of order, however, certain products may be on an extended delivery period. Will always advise you of this and await your acceptance before proceeding with your order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.  If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone.

On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition" or fail to comment on the consignment note  (“unexamined” / “Damaged” etc), you may be liable for any damages.

Any damages should be advised via e-mail to us within 24 hours of receipt to avoid additional charges.

Northern Scotland, UK Offshore, European & International shipping price guide.

Prices stated below are for guidance only.   The stated prices are based on a single package weighing less than 30KG and approximate dimensions of less than H0.95m x W0.5m x L0.5m.   We will do our very best to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum, but certain items on our website may require more than one package.

Please email us with your choice of products and your global location. We will reply via email with a cost for courier delivery to your location, based on your selection of chosen products.

How to Order from Overseas.

Step 1.  Email us or Telephone +44 (0) 2392 373735 with your list of products and your country of residence.

Step 2.  Water Garden Ltd will reply with the total courier cost, based on your list of products. We will also confirm the total payment required.

Step 3.  If you wish to proceed, please Email us with your full name, full address (including post code), Telephone number (mobile and landline if applicable).

Step 4.  Water Garden Ltd will construct an order for you via our website, including the cost for shipping to your location.  We will also email you with bank details for Direct Bank Transfer (if outside of the UK).

Step 5.  Once payment has been received into Water Garden account, we will despatch the goods to your location.  Please allow 4-5 Working Days for the goods to arrive to your address.

Please note that certain fragile items or large items may not be possible to ship outside of the UK.   Please email us with your choice of products and we will inform you if your specific item or items cannot be shipped.

We also ship internationally and can also provide pallet shipments within the UK, Europe and various International destinations. For larger orders, please Contact us for more details and pricing.

Note: Returns & Warranty

The cost of returning any items to Water Garden Ltd is at the customers cost.  The return carriage costs of sending repaired/replaced items from Water Garden Ltd to customers outside of the UK Mainland will need to be paid for by the customer, in advance of despatch from Water Garden Ltd.
