Water Garden Pond Kits are packaged solutions for garden pond creation. Pond Kits are made up of a high quality EPDM sheet pond liner, heavy duty protective underlay and a pond filter system. Pond Kits are selected based on the surface area of the pond being constructed, and specified based on the intended nature of the pond. A Wildlife pond is a pond created to encourage wildlife to visit and has no stocked fish. A Goldfish pond contains a moderate stock of Goldfish and/or other similar smaller pond fish. A Koi pond is any pond that contains Koi Carp, either exclusively, or as part of a mixed fish stock. Pond Kits are intended for soil dug garden ponds.
Pond kits are built around pre-determined pond dimensions. The best starting point when selecting a pond kit is to know the desired length and width of your new pond and use the kit that matches these, along with your intended fish stock, most appropriately. The included filter system is selected to suit the volume of water held in the pond, and accounts for the fish stock intended.
