Payment

We offer three methods of payment for purchases made through www.water-garden .co.uk.

1. You may pay on line with a credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo. Please note we currently charge Credit/Debit card accounts within one working day from date of order.

2. You may pay over the telephone using any of the above credit or debit cards. Just complete the details on the payment page and we will e-mail you with all the details required so we can take your card details over the phone. Please note that this method is not as secure as the on line payment. Please also note we currently charge Credit/Debit card accounts within one working day from date of order.

3. You may post a cheque or postal order to the address shown on our Contact page. All cheques should be made payable to Water Garden Ltd and crossed A/C Payee. Please note that some cheques may take up to 10 days to clear.

For standard delivery service, your goods will be despatched within two days of payment being authorised. We will not process your payment until your goods are ready for despatch.

Security

We are very conscious of our obligations for our customers security and www.water-garden.co.uk is very secure. As soon as you begin the ordering process you are protected by a Thawte Secure Server Certificate. All orders and credit card details are encrypted by a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer. Which means any information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed by any one else on the web.
