Coconut Embankment Planting Bag

The Coconut Planting Bag is ideally suited to pond embankments and edging to provide an environmentally friendly method of securing pond and edging plants, even on steeply sloping edges.

The high quality two-ply coconut yarn provides a robust 4-8mm thick woven porous matting and is supplied with 4 wooden fixing pegs, each 200mm in length.  The embankment mat contains two pockets for planting and is designed to naturally biodegrade after 2-5 years, in which time the plants establish their own rooting.
