The 2 ½” BSPM Nipple is a straight Polypropylene (PP) pipe fitting which is 2 ½” BSP male threaded at both ends.

This fitting can be screwed into 2 ½” BSP female threads and unions to convert the thread from female to male. This can be useful for adapting pump inlets and outlets to allow for pipe connections to be made, or allowing 2 ½” BSP female threaded pipe fittings to be connected to pumps or filter systems with 2½” BSP female ports.

This fitting can also be used with the 2 ½” BSPF Union Hosetail to create a male threaded 2 ½” hose tail, or a straight hose connector suitable for use with 2 ½” (63mm ID) Flexible Hose Pipe.

2 ½” BSP Male threads measure approximately 75mm (2.95”) across the outer diameter.
