1" BSPF Black Tin Can Strainer

The 1" BSPF Black Tin Can Strainer measures 11cm diameter x 9cm height and features 8mm diameter holes around its perimeter and front face. The Black Tin Can Strainer is therefore ideal for use in protecting the inlet of a submersed pump or in dry mounting scenarios where the inlet (suction) pipe end would otherwise be exposed, allowing large debris, leaf matter or pond inhabitants to enter and potentially damage the pump impeller.

The robust, all-black plastic construction of the strainer also helps to disguise the strainer in black lined ponds.

The Black Tin Can Strainer is ideal for protecting hose transitions when used with the 1 inch Tank Connector, screwing directly to the 1" BSP Male thread of the tank connector fitting, therefore limiting debris entry to the connected hose and pump.
