Fine Mesh Strainer with Valve & Hosetail

• Fine mesh strainer for remote connection to a submersed pump inlet, via flexible hose (not supplied).
• Strainer prevents debris over 2mm from entering the pump inlet.
• Ideal for fountain or water feature pumps using decorative nozzles with small holes.
• Large surface strainer area.
• Allows pumped flow to be adjusted by the pond edge if desired.
• 1 1/2" BSP Male Threaded connection.
• Supplied with removable 1 1/2" BSP Female Threaded stepped hosetail adaptor.
• Can be connected to 1", 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" internal diameter flexible hose.
• Ideal for use with the OASE Aquarius Universal and Aquarius Fountain Pump Sets.

Note:  It is recommended that the inlet hose is made larger than the outlet hose, to reduce friction loss.
