Spare Ballast Unit for Vitronic 55W

Genuine OASE Spare Ballast Unit for the Vitronic 55 watt Pond UV Clarifier. 

If you have noticed water ingress beyond the Quartz Glass Sleeve, this may lead to a fuse trip due to water entering into the sensitive electronics.  If this issue has recently occured, it may be possible to remove the Ballast Unit from the UV housing and dry this out.  If attempting, disconnect the power to the UV Clarifier and either dry on a radiator, in direct sunlight or a hairdryer on a low setting. 

It is important to replace the glass sleeve if there is any sign of chips, cracks or fractures to safeguard the Ballast Unit electronics.
