The OASE ProfiClear Premium Fleece Set 150000 is a complete pond filtration system which performs exceptionally fine mechanical filtration and highly efficient biological filtration for large ponds.
The fine filter fleece will intercept solid waste entering the filter and can screen out even tiny items of particulate matter as water is pumped through the system, which results in very clear pond water. The filter cleans automatically, cycling the dirty fleece away and replenishing it with fresh fleece periodically. The biological filtration side consists of 150 litres of OASE Hel-X media and an OASE ClearWave media block for secondary processing of soluble waste after the mechanical fitration. The high performance AquaMax Eco Expert pump provides a constant supply of water to the filter system, and the efficient Bitron UVC prevents green water algae taking hold.
This filter set combines the OASE ProfiClear Premium Fleece 750 Pond Filter, the OASE AquaMax Eco Expert 26000 Filter Pump and the OASE Bitron Premium 120 Watt Ultraviolet Clarifier.

Description
The OASE ProfiClear Premium Fleece Filter Set filter offers the finest particle extraction system of any mechanical pond filter, intercepting and filtering out particles as small as 3 micron (0.003mm). The pond filter, filter pump and UV Clarifier that make up this filter set have been selected to ensure optimum performance and results using only premium OASE filtration equipment.
OASE ProfiClear Premium Fleece 750 Pond Filter
The OASE ProfiClear Premium Fleece Filter extracts even the tiniest organic waste products from the pond water via the disposable filter fleece cleaning system. The cleaning system is fully automated, the fleece moves incrementally whenever a clean is necessary, replacing the soiled fleece with a fresh section of fleece, and this is all dictated by a water level sensor within the filter. Once the fleece is all consumed, it can simply be replaced with a fresh roll of fleece. This type of super fine particle filtration is ideal for scenarios where water clarity and quality is most important, such as modern swim ponds and Koi Carp ponds. The ProfiClear Premium Fleece filter is also an excellent biological filter, with 150 litres of OASE Hel-X bio-media contained in a drum beneath the fleece belt, and a block of OASE ClearWave media in the rear chamber for processing of soluble gaseous waste that cannot be filtered out mechanically.

OASE AquaMax Eco Expert 26000 Filter Pump
The OASE AquaMax Eco Expert 26000 filter pump delivers the optimum water throughput to the filter, passing water and organic waste from the pond to the fleece for particle extraction and biological processing. The filter pump is very economical to run for the flow rate it delivers and can be electronically controlled and regulated with the use of an OASE Eco Expert Pump Control, an OASE FM Master EGC Cloud, or an OASE InScenio Control Cloud device. If one of the Cloud devices is used, the ProfiClear Premium Fleece pond filter can also be integrated into the OASE app based control platform. The AquaMax Eco Expert pump has an inbuilt feature called Seasonal Flow Control, which can be activated to regulate the speed of the pump according to the water temperature automatically, reducing the flow rate and energy use in the colder months. The pump is built for continuous operation in all conditions and carries a 5 year extended guarantee.

OASE Bitron Premium 120 Ultraviolet Clarifier
The OASE Bitron Premium 120 is a powerful ultraviolet clarifier which prevents green water algae and keeps pond water looking clear. The UVC contains 2 ultra-efficient 60 watt UV lamps in a high flow stainless steel UV reactor housing which allows for a high rate of water processing and prolonged exposure time, ideal for keeping large ponds in check. The UV is supplied with a control box which enables the 2 UV lamps to be switched on and off individually, which is useful when carrying out maintenance tasks such as UV lamp changing. The switchbox also enables to UV power to be regulated by activating and deactivating the UV lamps individually. The UV unit is designed to be front mounted directly to the inlet of the OASE ProfiClear Premium filter in an upright position. The UV inlet will accept a 2” / 50mm internal diameter flexible hose pipe, connected via the hose tail and rubber inlet adapter supplied with the filter set.

Filter System Configuration
This system is pump fed, with a gravity water return. The filter must be positioned at ground level/above pond water surface level, with the outlet retuning water at a level lower than the outlet of the filter. The filter pump is submersible and can be installed underwater on the pond floor.
