Description
The air that is pumped into the diffuser assemblies will form masses of small bubbles which will gradually diffuse oxygen into the water as they rise to the surface, creating an oxygen-rich environment that will fortify the beneficial aerobic bacteria and circulate the water, reducing stagnant water and reducing algae growth. The rising bubbles will also help to prevent temperature layering (thermal stratification).
The 500M Lake Diffuser System consists of:
- 1 x AP12000 Pond Aeration Pump
- 1 x 3 Way Brass Valved Manifold Assembly
- 3 x 30m Lengths of 1/2" ID Weighted Airline
- 3 x Self Sinking 60cm Aeration Rings
We recommend using ByoFix Lake Bacteria - 1Kg alongside an aerator to improve water quality by increasing and maintaining beneficial aerobic bacteria levels.
