The 250M Lake Diffuser System is a sub-surface aeration kit capable of aerating large ponds and lakes up to 250m2 with a depth of up to 3 metres.The 250M Lake Diffuser System is designed to provide high levels of oxygenation and water circulation by pumping air from the land-based, shore mounted AP9000 air pump, through a valved brass manifold assembly, into sections of 1/2" internal diameter weighted airline to be dispersed through 2 x 60cm Diffused Aeration Rings.

Description
The air that is pumped into the diffuser assemblies will form masses of small bubbles which will gradually diffuse oxygen into the water as they rise to the surface, creating an oxygen-rich environment that will fortify the beneficial aerobic bacteria and circulate the water, reducing stagnant water and reducing algae growth. The rising bubbles will also help to prevent temperature layering (thermal stratification).
The 250M Lake Diffuser System consists of:
- 1 x AP9000 Pond Aeration Pump
- 1 x 2 Way Brass Valved Manifold Assembly
- 6 x SK19 Stainless Steel Hose Clips
- 2 x SK8 Stainless Steel Hose Clips
- 2 x 12mm x 8mm Straight Air Hose Adaptor
- 1 x 30m Length of 1/2" ID Weighted Airline
- 2 x 60cm Diffused Aeration Ring
We recommend using ByoFix Lake Bacteria - 1Kg alongside an aerator to improve water quality by increasing and maintaining beneficial aerobic bacteria levels.
