The OASE ProfiClear Premium Discharge Module L is a biological filtration module for integration into ProfiClear Premium-L modular filtration systems.
This filter module contains a high volume of static ‘ClearWave Blocks’ filtration media, densely structured in a curved honeycomb-like pattern, providing masses of surface area for biological filtration of soluble waste, pollutants and nitrogen compounds in the water. This filter module can be used as an alternative to the ProfiClear Premium L Individual Module on pump fed filter systems. The ProfiClear Premium Discharge Module L is installed at the end of the OASE ProfiClear Premium L modular filtration system for additional biological filtration.
This module will connect directly to the ProfiClear Premium L Moving Bed Module via the 2 large 150mm inlet connections on the front of the module, and outlets back to the pond via 2 x 110mm pipe connections. There is also an air pipe inlet and aeration element installed in the module which enables an Air Pump to be connected to pump oxygen into the ClearWave Blocks media to maximise the biological activity in the filter.
