Following the highly successful OASE Proficlear Premium automated Drum Filter and Moving Bed Biological Filter, OASE Germany have developed the new Pump-Fed Proficlear Compact Filter System.  

The Compact Module contains both a scaled-down automated mechanical Drum Filter and Moving Bed technology into one compact module, making this ideal for Koi ponds of up to 20,000 Litres (4440 Gallons), Fish stocked ponds up to 40,000 Litres (8880 Gallons) and ornamental ponds of up to 80,000 Litres (17,770 Gallons).

The Pump Fed Compact Module is designed for above water level installation and the Bitron C or Bitron Eco UV Clarifier can be mounted directly to the inlet of the drum for effective killing and flocculation of suspended algae, before being removed by the 80 micron sieve elements within the automated drum filter.  The mechanically cleaned water will then pass through the Moving Bed segment where the special Hel-X 13 Biomedia will biologically break down the soluble waste, creating guaranteed crystal clear water back to the pond.  Debris contained within the Drum Filter will be automatically ejected from the drum using high pressure jets during the rotating cleaning cycle.  The Compact Module is supplied with 40 Litres of Hel-X 13 Biomedia with the option to upgrade this to a maximum of 65 Litres.
